100% refund should the showcase be cancelled due to COVID-19.
Players will be assigned to a team for the showcase. Each athlete will get three games consisting of two running-time halves. Games will go off every hour and your schedule will be created in blocks to minimize your time on-site during the pandemic. A wave of teams will play, clear out, and the next wave will come in. We will be accepting requests for time slots for participants traveling from a distance and factoring this into the schedule.
Each team will be assigned a coach from the Elite Lacrosse staff for the duration of the day. They will work with the players throughout the 3 games played.
Digital coaching books will be made available to college coaches and triple checked by the Elite Lacrosse staff.
NLV Productions is providing downloadable and editable copies of all games from the Showcase to the participants. The copies will be delivered post-event at no additional fee. These games can be cut up to create recruiting reels, social media posts, or used to show family and friends. If editing is not for you, NLV is offering discounted editing services to all showcase participants.
The pandemic is being monitored closely, with safety as our top priority. All necessary precautions to ensure a safe environment will be executed. A licensed physician will be staffed and present onsite overseeing the event, athletic trainers will be stationed at each field, sanitizer stations assembled, and social distancing guidelines and other similar protocols in place. As all games are being streamed live, we encourage athletes be dropped off and all match viewing be done online. We strongly request that if staying onsite that a maximum of ONE family member per player be present. Games will be scheduled in blocks to minimize time spent in attendance and the amount of personnel present at the same time.
Advancements in technology are allowing us to live stream at an advanced production level. We are creating a platform allowing athletes to compete, friends and family to watch, and exposure to college coaches that otherwise would not be able to attend.
