REFUND POLICY

Refunds Due to COVID-19

In the force majeure event that an outbreak of communicable disease and/or a governmental order prohibiting mass events make holding the showcase impossible, impracticable, or illegal, and the showcase must be cancelled, ELITE shall issue a 100% refund to all properly registered individuals.

Refunds Due to Weather

Elite has no control over the weather and all events will be conducted rain or shine. If an individual event is fully canceled due to weather conditions, properly registered participants will receive full refunds less a processing fee equal to 20% of the registration price. ELITE shall not issue refunds in the event aspects of an individual event are cancelled, altered, or shortened due to weather conditions, or other factors. Elite reserves the right to alter its policy on a case-by-case basis should unusual or extreme circumstances prohibit participation by a properly registered individual. Once an event has begun participants will not be eligible for any refund.

Refunds Due to Withdrawl Prior to the Showcase

In the event that a player who has registered for a showcase seeks to withdraw, the following refund policy shall apply: ELITE will grant, in full, any written refund requests for any reason made at least 90 days prior to the start of the event. Written requests must be sent to elitelacrosse1@gmail.com. Requests made 60 days prior to the event will be granted a 50% refund. All refunds will be issued either via check or via a credit back to the credit card (when available). Full refunds will be issued minus a 10% processing fee. Beginning 30 days prior to the event, no refunds shall be given for any reason. In the force majeure event of an unprecedented scenario arising within 30 days of the start of the event that makes the execution of a showcase impossible, impracticable, or illegal, ELITE shall handle refunds on a case-by-case basis.
